- Please note: if you need to switch over to a 12.9 5th Generation IPad or 11 inch 3rd Generation Ipad you will need to purchase the upgrade kit. This product is only designed for those that their trey has been damaged. This is not an upgrade kit. If you have a 3rd or 4th generation ipad and want to upgrade it to the 5th or 11 3rd you need to purchase the upgrade kit.
- If you purchased a used Pearl or Reflection and want to upgrade it to a new Ipad you must purchase an Upgrade Kit.
- This trey will hold each size IPad on the door
- Each trey is designed for the particular sized IPad

Find out which iPad model you have
The easiest way is to use the model number to find out which model iPad you have. You can find the model number in two ways:

Look on the back of your iPad.

Open Settings, tap General, then tap About. Look for the model number in the top section. If the number you see has a slash "/", that's the part number (for example, MY3K2LL/A). Tap the part number to reveal the model number, which has a letter followed by four numbers and no slash (for example, A2342).
