Dba: PICBOX PHOTO BOOTH COMPANY WILL NOT PAY FOR ANY CLAIMS FOR DAMAGES AS IT WILL BE THE RECEIVERS COMPLETE RESPONSIBILITY!
IF YOU SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE WITHOUT FOLLOWING RECEVING INSTRUCTIONS Dba: PICBOX PHOTO BOOTH COMPANY WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES OR CLAIMS.
PHOTOBOOTH RECEIVING INSTRUCTIONS
* THIS MUST BE PERFORMED WHILE THE DRIVER OR WHILE YOU ARE ON SITE AT LOCATION *
- Upon receipt of the photo booth check the exterior box for damage.
- Open the box, remove the packaging and check for any physical damage. If there is damage please call us immediately while the driver or you are at the pickup location.
- If for any reason you cannot open the box you must write “subject to inspection” on the bill of lading before the driver leaves or while you are at a FedEx location.
- If the photo booth appears to be undamaged the driver may leave.
- If there is any type of noticeable damage it MUST be written on the driver’s bill of lading. If there is damage and it is not notated on the bill of lading and the driver leaves, the damage may not be submitted for a claim.
- Take pictures of all damage.
- Once pictures have been taken, if there is extensive damage or it appears to be something that cannot be repaired from your side, REFUSE THE SHIPMENT. This step is extremely important. The carrier must return the damaged shipment to us. If there appears to be minor damage that can easily be repaired, you may accept the shipment and contact the office immediately to process a claim and arrange shipping for the parts that you need. Minor damages are usually very simple to correct. Making those minor corrections from your location will save you valuable time and claim submission delays.

- If there is no visible damage and you accept the photo booth yet after it’s turned on you discover that there is internal damage, contact our office immediately and please adhere to the following instructions;
Under any circumstances DO NOT call the carrier to pick up the damaged photo booth. PicBox Photo Booth Company must make those arrangements. Keep the photo booth at your location until you’re advised by PicBox Photo Booth Company that the carrier will be picking up the damaged photo booth. Any deviation from this process will void the claim and shipping charges on the return and may be billed by the carrier to the consignee.
