We purchased this item after being referred to PicBox by a local DJ who had purchased equipment from them. He noted that the products are of high quality, and that their customer service is great. We have to agree! The items arrived and are extremely well built. The case is built specifically for this item, and I would highly recommend purchasing it to keep the equipment safe while traveling. Set up is extremely simple; we can have it up and running in just a few minutes, and love that no tools are required. We had the PicBox Pearl up and running at an event days after we received it. Even our youngest participants were able to successfully use the PicBox Pearl with no issues!
The Pearl is one great unit. The ease and quickness of setup takes my business to a new level. The key lock and fold down design make for easy use and peace of mind when dropping off a unit. And can’t say enough good things about Dustin and the time he takes to answer questions. We will be adding more PicBox products to our inventory very soon.
